Things that just are need a place in the world.

Somewhere in this city, someone is making the thing you’ll keep for the next twenty years. We find them and give their work a place in the cafés, bars, cinemas and bookstores you love, with their story beside it. We want every maker to be seen, and every city to feel a little more handmade.

Things made by people, found in person and kept for years.

The renaissance is coming.

Even AI companies are opening coffee shops now. People want somewhere to go, and something to hold.

Fill a box. Meet its makers.

A Keepsake box hangs on the wall of a place you love: rows of cubbies for objects, and room on the side for clothes on hangers. Fill it yourself or let us, then tap anything inside to meet whoever made it.

How a box comes together

1 / 4

Find.

We go looking in person: flea markets, Instagram, fests, a friend’s bag. Artists, product makers and small businesses, as long as the thing has a story.

Match.

We read the room. A wine bar gets different things from a bookstore. Every box is picked for the place’s vibe and the people who go there.

Build.

We build the box, write the placards, film the maker and set up payment. The venue only has to say yes.

Keep it moving.

Someone takes it home with its story. The maker is paid first, the venue earns a cut, and something new takes its place. No two boxes are ever the same.

Prototypes we’re building.

The box isn’t one fixed thing yet. These are the shapes we’re testing with venues. Pick one, change the finish, and play with it.

Coming soon, and one day.
